Chemo-residual TNBC signaling. A Cytosolic extracts were obtained from chemo-residual SUM159 tumor cells pre-treated ± ASC CM for 24 h. Equivalent amounts were immunoblotted with ERK and phospho-ERK antibodies, followed by the appropriate Alexa Fluor secondary antibody.
