No Effect of LPS immune challenge on spinophilin content in the POA. A well established sex difference in POA spinophilin content as measured by western blot was observed. However, immune challenge with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the day of birth had no effect on spinophilin content in the POA of males or females on PN4. ***Indicates p < 0.001.
