DNAJB3 acts as natural inhibitor of IKKβ inflammatory kinase. (A) Transient overexpression of DNAJB3 in C2C12 cells prevents the activation of κB-dependent transactivation in response to phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) in luciferase assays. (B) DNAJB3 abrogates also TNF-α-mediated both κB- and IL-6 promoter-dependent luciferase activation. DMSO at 0.25% and PBS were used as vehicles for PMA and TNF-α treatments, respectively. **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001.
