Hematuria (not of urologic origin)
Rapid increase in proteinuria/microalbuminuria
Proteinuria > 1g/24 h
Nephrotic syndrome
Recurrent hyperkalemia
Metabolic acidosis
Rapid progression of CDK (defined as decline in eGFR > 5 ml/m/year)
eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m2
