The ulnar opening-wedge osteotomy (b) utilized tricortical iliac crest allograft (c) and the annular ligament was subsequently repaired (arrow-D) before irrigation, closure, and casting. This is well visualized by lateral fluoroscopy (e). Proper alignment of the two ulnar pins was verified by lateral fluoroscopy (f). Removal of the radiocapitellar pin occurred in clinic 4 weeks later.
