LT-HSCs, ST-HSCs and MPPs from 5 young and 5 aged mice were exposed to LPS and Pam3CSK4 in vitro for the indicated time after which RNA was harvested for bulk RNA-sequencing. (B) Heatmap of differentially expressed genes in young and aged hematopoietic progenitors alongside an expression map of mature bone-marrow derived dendritic cells (DCs) challenged with LPS for comparison.
