Aphid population levels after 20 days of infestation. Susceptible (SD01-76R) and aphid-resistant (LD16060) soybean plants were infested with 30 aphids and aphid populations were quantified after 20 days. The difference in aphid number between resistant and susceptible plants was statistically significant (p ≤ 0.05; two-tailed Student’s t-test).
