(b) Control and TLP-knockdown cells were treated with DMSO or 50 μM etoposide for 24 h and subjected to mRNA-seq analysis. Experiments were performed in duplicate, and the expression levels (in fragments per kilobase per million reads) in DMSO- and etoposide-treated cells were compared. Genes with q < 0.05 and log₂|fold change| ≥ 1.0 were regarded as etoposide-downregulated and -upregulated genes.
