Effects of arsenic and GSPE on mRNA expression of IκB-α, IKKα, IKKβ, NF-κBp65, and NF-κBp50 in lung tissue induced by arsenic in mice. Mice were exposed to As2O3 (4 mg/kg) (n = 10); 400 mg/kg GSPE was used to antagonize the effects of arsenic. The expression of each mRNA in the control, GSPE, AsO3, and As2O3+GSPE groups was detected by RT-PCR. mRNA levels of IκB-α (a), IKKα (b), IKKβ (c), NF-κBp65 (d), and NF-κBp50 (E), respectively.
