Kaplan Meier curves showing event free survival in patients with normal (group 1, ΔMBF ≥40%), impaired (group 2, ΔMBF >0% and <40%) and decreased (group 3, ΔMBF <0%) myocardial blood flow (MBF) to cold pressor testing. Patients with impaired and decreased MBF response to sympathetic stimulation were at increased risk of developing adverse cardiac events.
