The relative expression of PDGFR-β and miR-26b-5p and fibrosis and angiogenesis markers in the liver of MCDHF mice was quantified using qRT-PCR. The relationship between PDGFR-β and miR-26b-5p and fibrosis and angiogenesis markers was analyzed by regression analysis.
