Detection of AMH and GATA4 protein in neonate testis sections of pAmh WT, pAmh GATAmut, and pAmh del40 mice. Immunohistochemistry was performed on serial paraffin testis sections obtained from each mouse genotype at PND2 using antibodies specific for either AMH (αAMH) or GATA-binding protein 4 (αGATA4).
