The value of the division gains ρ_i and the value of the death gains ρ_iD from each drug-specific AM-optimized dynamics matrix are provided (units: $\frac{\#\text{cells}\text{at}(k+1)\text{multiples}\text{of}12\text{hours}}{\#\text{cells}\text{at}k\text{multiples}\text{of}12\text{hours}}$), where i ∈ {1,2,3,4} is a differentiation-state index, ρ₁ = ρ₂ = ρ₃ = ρ₄, and ρ_1D = ρ_2D = ρ_3D = ρ_4D. 95% confidence intervals from each drug-specific model ensemble are also shown. Higher values indicate more frequent division or death on average over time compared to lower values.
