PCAT-1 promotes cell proliferation, invasion, migration and EMT in osteosarcoma. Overexpression of PCAT-1 up-regulates N-cadherin and vimentin and down-regulates E-cadherin (N-cadherin and vimentin, E-cadherin are EMT-related markers). By contrast, knockdown of PCAT1 in OS cell lines exerted the opposite effect.
