Inhibitory effects of KR on iNOS and COX-2 production in LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 cells. Equal amounts of cell lysates (30 μg) were subjected to electrophoresis and analysed for iNOS and COX-2 production by Western blot. Raw 264.7 cells were incubated with LPS (1 μg/mL) and KR extract for 24 h.
