Oriented metal NPs supported on few layer G preparation methods. (a) The G precursor film obtained by spin coating an aqueous G precursor solution is soaked (i) in the desired aqueous metal salt solution, (ii) after that the modified films are pyrolyzed at 900 °C under Ar flow. (b) Metal salt already dissolved in G aqueous precursor. The metal-precursor gel is deposited on quartz by spin coating and the resulting film is pyrolized at 900 °C under Ar flow.
