Effects of HD, CsA, and rosiglitazone on PMA- and OP-induced cytokine production of IL-5, IL-13, IL-17A, and TNF-α in EL-4 T cells. IL-5 (A), IL-13 (B), IL-17A (C), and TNF-α (D). EL-4 T cells were plated at a density of 5 × 10⁵ cells/mL in 6-well plates, stimulated with PMA (1 ng/mL) and OP (5 µM) for 1 h, and incubated with HD for 24 h. The amount of each cytokine in the supernatants was determined using ELISA kits (eBioscience, San Diego, CA, USA), following the manufacturer’s instructions.
