3-h resuscitation bundle	6-h septic shock bundle
i. Measure initial serum lactate ii. Obtain blood cultures prior to antibiotics iii. Administer broad-spectrum antibiotics iv. Administer 30 mL kg−1 crystalloids for hypotension or lactate more than or equal to 4 mmol L−1	i. Apply vasopressors (for hypotension unresponsive to initial fluid resuscitation) to maintain MAP more than or equal to 65 mmHg ii. In the event of persistent hypotension despite fluid resuscitation (septic shock) or lactate ⩾ 4 mmol L−1, measure CVP and ScvO2
