(B) Absorbance of U2OS cells transfected with miR-328-3p mimics and NC-mimics, or in blank group at five consecutive time points (0, 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours) detected by CCK-8 assay. (C and D) The number of migrating U2OS cells transfected with miR-328-3p mimics and NC-mimics, or in blank group detected by wound healing assay. Each assay was conducted in triplicate and repeated thrice. The data show the mean of triplicate repeats ± SD.
