Nico suppressed HPAEC-mediated monocyte-endothelial adhesion. (a) Nico pretreatment suppressed monocyte-endothelial adhesion induced by LPS stimulation. Gli abolished the effect of Nico. (b) Nico prevented the overexpression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the LPS-treated group. Gli abolished the effects of Nico. Data were shown as mean ± SEM of at least three independent experiments performed in triplicate.
