a

Baseline-adjusted mean difference (95% CI) at the end of treatment, where the baseline measurement is included as a continuous covariate (ANCOVA). Well-nourished patients are compared to malnourished patients and patients with BMI < 25 kg/m2 are compared to patients with BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2.
