Role of N‐cadherin in the transendothelial migration of breast cancer cells in vivo. 4T1 mouse triple negative breast cancer cells expressing tdTomato red fluorescent protein were injected into mice expressing Venus‐YFP in endothelial cells. Mice were killed after 5 or 12 days (A and B, respectively). Representative confocal micrographs show that 4T1 breast cancer cells are N‐cadherin negative and metastasize efficiently to the brain.
