Table 1.

Optimal parameters for the three principal orientations: transverse (TRA), sagittal (SAG) and coronal (COR). The basic EPI parameters were: In-plane resolution of 3 × 3 mm2, a matrix size of 64 × 64 and a slice thickness of 3 mm. As a measure of generalizability, the standard deviation for the BS-gain across subjects is listed.
