Residual activities of LipG_MTB measured on pNP-C6 as substrate. Effects of increasing molar excess (x_I) of compounds (A) MmPPOX, HpPPOX, HPOX, and (B) CyC_7α, CyC₁₇ and Orlistat on the rates of hydrolysis of pNP-C6. LipG_MTB was pre-incubated at various inhibitor molar excess (x_I) for 30 min at 25°C. Kinetic assays were performed as described in Experimental procedures section. Results are expressed as mean values ± S.D. of three independent assays.
