It is possible to observe that the pressure is higher near the epicardium area and lower near endocardium, as expected. The Dirichlet boundary condition mentioned in section 3.1 generates a pressure gradient. Using the Darcy's law we obtain a velocity field that is used in the advective term of Equation 6.
