In Visit 6, the patient was not asked to attempt the written picture description secondary to the severity of difficulties and associated fatigue. The spelling sample (irregular words to dictation) was obtained as the patient pointed to letters on an alphabet board. Circles and values (e.g., .5) were added by the examiner during scoring.
