Comparisons of clinical outcomes between paternal age groups after adjusting for maternal age. The implantation and ongoing pregnancy rates were higher, and the abortion rate was lower, in the younger paternal age group, but without statistical significance. Therefore, paternal age did not have a significant influence on clinical outcomes.
