This figure shows the increase/decrease in the percentage of eligible individuals treated with at least one drug of praziquantel, albendazole, or ivermectin by a CMD. The results are the coefficients of the linear regression shown in Table 5. *p value < 0.05, **p value < 0.01, ± Network betweenness was not significant (p value > 0.05) when one outlier was removed (Additional file 1: Table S4); 58/59 CMDs had network betweenness ≤ 3 whilst 1/59 CMDs had network betweenness = 11.58. In-group bias is positive if the CMD was altruistic towards their friends and not altruistic towards strangers
