Human fibroblasts (a) and mouse fibroblasts (b) were treated (or not) overnight with 50 μM compound 2, then irradiated with UVA and the percentage of live cells was determined 24 h post-treatment by flow cytometric Annexin V/PI double-labelling. UVA doses used: 500 kJ m–2 for human cells, 250 kJ m–2 for mouse cells.
