Radiographic image of the spine profile in a 7 year old child with attenuated form of MPS I (a). There is thoracic kyphosis in the thoracolumbar junction, but without the characteristic appearance of the beak-like projection generally seen on the L1 or L2. The vertebrae are discretely ovoid shape in the thoracic region. However, the same radiographic image of another child (11 years old) with attenuated MPS I does not show any anomalies (b)
