There were 123 005 person-years for the control group with 45 deaths due to injury or suicide and 22 unexpected deaths, 16 159 person-years for the group receiving 50 mg or less of antipsychotic treatment with 7 deaths due to injury or suicide and 1 unexpected death, and 27 354 person-years for the group receiving more than 50 mg of antipsychotic treatment with 19 deaths due to injury or suicide and 21 unexpected deaths.
