Experiments were performed with 1a (0.2 mmol), 2 (2 ml), 3 (2 equiv), Fe(OTf)₂ (20 mol %), Eosin Y (10 mol %), DTBP (2 equiv), 5-W blue LED, argon, 30°C, and 48 hours. The dr value is given in the Supplementary Materials and was determined by ¹H NMR or GC-MS analysis of the crude product.
