54-year-oldman PSA of 2.9 ng/ml. (A) T2 weighted image shows a mildly hypointense lesion in the left peripheral zone (arrow), which is isointense on diffusion weighted image (DWI) (B). The lesion is mildly hypointense on ADC map (arrowhead) (C) with early enhancement on subtracted on DCE (dashed arrow) (D). PI-RADS v2 assessment was category 3 on DWI and T2 weighted image and positive DCE demonstrating overall PI-RADS category 4.
