Evaluation of the capacity of BC-ILs membranes to prevent LPS-induced NO production in macrophages. NO production in relation to the control (n=3). Cells were treated with the different BC-ILs membranes conditioned mediums and then stimulated with LPS. The NO production was assed via a Griess assay. Data are presented as percentage of NO production in relation to control and represent the average ± SD from at least 3 independent experiments.
