FGF11 knockdown inhibits adipogenesis. One day before differentiation induction, growth‐arrested 3T3‐L1 preadipocytes were transfected with 50 nm of two kinds of specific siRNAs against FGF11 (siFGF11) or nonspecific siRNAs (siNS).
