Effects of MgIG on MTX induced apoptosis in hepatic tissue: (A) Liver tissue sections from different treatment groups were stained with TUNEL (green) and counterstained with DAPI to localize the nuclei (blue), and colocalized green and blue cells in the same view indicated TUNEL-positive cells, scale bar = 50 μm; (B) semiquantitative analysis of TUNEL-positive cells, n = 6; (C) western blotting of liver caspase-3, cleaved-caspase-3, Bax, Bcl-2, PARP and cleaved-PARP protein expression.
