Figure 2. — Comparison of the expression level of CEA between the targeted and the operation group before and after treatment. The level of CEA in the serum of the patients was detected by electrochemiluminescence. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the expression level of CEA between the two groups before or after treatment. The expression level of CEA after treatment decreased in both groups when compared to that before treatment. *P<0.050, compared with the expression level of CEA in the same group before treatment.
