Maximum likelihood tree of yellow fever virus (YFV). Strains from the 2016–2017 outbreak are highlighted in orange in the tree. Isolates sequenced in this study are indicated by gray. The tree was constructed using the Maximum Likelihood approach, and branch support values were assessed using the Shimodaira-Hasegawa test. All trees were inferred using FastTree software14. The GTR model and gamma distribution were selected according to the likelihood ratio test (LRT).
