Analysis of hOTC and EGFP expression levels by Western blot and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Liver protein levels samples for hOTC determined by Western blotting (A) and for EGFP by ELISA (B) are shown. Bands from Western blots were quantified with fluorescent antibodies using a Licor Odyssey instrument and normalized for cyclophilin A as reference protein.
