Reductions in cardiomyocyte edema and damage induced by PEDF during OGD/R are associated with inhibition of the expression of AQP1. (A) mRNA and (B) protein expression levels of AQP1, protein expression of (C) cleaved caspase-3 and (D) RIP3, and (E) cell viability and (F) cell volume were measured in neonatal cardiomyocytes.
