H3K27me3 is enriched at developmental gene promoters in the human morula. (A) A schematic summary of the data sets generated in this study. H3K27me3 CUT&RUN was performed using pooled morulae collected from couple 1 (C1; n = 7) and couple 2 (C2; n = 8). Three replicates for single morula RNA-seq were performed for each couple.
