CTY shows greater sensitivity for division tracking than CTV and CTFR. Naïve B cells were purified, left unlabeled (gray) or labeled with CTV, CTY or CTFR, as indicated, and cultured in the presence (purple, yellow, or red) or absence (blue) of anti‐CD40 and IL‐4 for 3.5 days. Cells were harvested daily and the division profiles of stimulated cells for each cell tracking dye were analyzed for (a) CTV (purple), (b) CTY (yellow) and (c) CTFR (red). Where possible, division peaks were isolated, as indicated by dashed lines. Data are representative of 3 independent experiments where all 3 dyes were used in parallel.
