Body weight gain from baseline, epididymal fat weight, inguinal fat weight, blood glucose, serum insulin, and OGTT AUC were measured in WT C57BL/6 or ANXA1−/− mice fed a standard diet (chow) or a high-fat diet (HFD) for 10 weeks. HFD-mice were treated with either vehicle or human recombinant (hr) ANXA1 (40 μg/kg, i.p.) five times per weeks between weeks 4 and 10. Data are expressed as mean± SEM of 7–10 mice per group. Data were analyzed by a one-way ANOVA followed by a Bonferroni post-hoc test,
