Wild type and single grf knockout (KO) mutants (numbered) were grown under LD (yellow bars) or DD (gray bars) conditions. K_ros measurements were performed over a 17 h-period (between ZT28 and ZT45; see Figure 1) and averaged. Cumulative data (+se) from 6 independent cultures are shown, with the number of plants shown above the bars. Asterisks indicate significant effects of growth conditions, as determined by pairwise comparisons using a Wilcoxon test (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001).
