Fold changes (FC) in expression of fibroblast growth factor 7 (FGF-7), myelin basic protein (MBP), and peripheral myelin protein 22 (PMP-22) relative to untreated controls (Con) after 24-hour treatment with forskolin (Fsk), transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGFB), or transforming growth factor beta 1 + forskolin (T/F). Expression of FGF-7 and MBP significantly decreased with TGFB and T/F treatments (n=3, P<0.05).
