a) Acute drug reactions were only seen in donkeys. Photographs illustrate characteristic linear sweating pattern and 'skin wrinkling' observed in immediate reaction to isometamidium documented in 12/47 (26%) of treated donkeys. b) Delayed adverse reactions were seen in donkeys and horses. These are summarised in the table subdivided by treatment group.
