a−c HeLa cells were treated with Doxo for 2 h, medium removed and cells incubated in DMEM (repair time). Treatment without repair served as positive control, DMSO treatment as negative control. Alkaline comet assay was performed with cells treated additionally with the indicated actin substances (a, c), or transfected with the indicated actin mutant plasmids (b).
