Relative quantification of transcriptional activity of AtWRI1up2000::GUS when co-infiltrated into N. benthamiana leaves with increasing OD of WRI1 homologs. AtWRI1up2000::GUS was maintained at OD = 0.6 while 35S::xxWRI1 OD gradually increased. Normalization was done against an average from a triplicate of AtWRI1up2000::GUS (OD = 0.6).
