The expression of KLF2 is downregulated in liver cancer. A, Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of Krüppel‐like factor 2 (KLF2) mRNA in liver tissues of 38 cases of liver cancer and in corresponding paracarcinomatous tissues; 18S rRNA served as the internal reference gene.
