MiR-124 suppressed proliferation of BC cells by targeting MGAT5 in vivo. Female athymic BALB/c nude mice were injected with eight groups MDA-MB-231 cells subcutaneously. Tumors were allowed to grow for 4 weeks. Tumors growth was recorded every 3 days with a caliper and tumor volume was calculated as a × b2 × 0.5 (A, longest diameter; B, shortest diameter).
